Listen to the person you're interviewing because the interesting stuff comes between the lines, and it's all about asking the follow-up question. It's asking the “why”. It's asking the “how”. So listen and follow up. You can start with one question to turn that into fifteen great minutes if you're listening properly. Do an interview, not a series of questions.
